Live Bitcoin is published by Stephen Bertrand. This policy describes how the iPhone app handles information.
Data the app does not collect
The app does not create accounts, show ads, include analytics, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not send your name, your holdings, or an identifier created by the app to a server.
Price requests
To show a Bitcoin price, the app requests public market data from CoinGecko and Coinbase. Those requests include a network address, as any internet connection does. They do not include your holdings or a name.
Saved on this device
The currency you choose, the amount of Bitcoin you enter, your average cost, and the latest saved price stay on this device, including in an App Group so the widget can display them. Uninstalling the app removes that information. It is not copied to the developer.
Children
Live Bitcoin is a price display for a general audience, with no in-app purchases, ads, or social features.
